文章重点介绍黄骅港一期工程总平面布置格局方案的研究应用情况,并对设计中的某些技术问题进行探讨或提出建设。
The paper presents mainly an introduction to the study and implementation of the general plan layout schemes for the works of Phase I at the Port of Huanghua. Discussions and recommendations are also made on some of the technical issues in the designs.
