静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣微血管内径变化的实验观察

摘要 [目的 ]观察静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣微血管内径的形态变化过程 .[方法 ]选用家兔 72只 ,将每侧兔耳为 1例 ,共 144例 ,随机分为 3个组 :A组 5 4例 ,切断中央动脉和前后边缘静脉 ,保留中央静脉和耳背神经 ;B组 5 4例 ,切断中央动脉、耳背神经和前后边缘静脉 ,仅保留中央静脉 ;C组 36例 ,保留中央血管和耳背神经 ,切断前后边缘静脉 ,作对照组 .采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜和墨汁灌注透明等方法 ,观察皮瓣微血管内径在不同时期的形态变化 .[结果 ]术后A ,B两个组微血管内径随着时间的延长逐渐增粗 ,于术后第 3,5 ,7,14d ,A组与C组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 ,B组与C组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 .[结论 ]静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣微血管内径需要 2 8d才能基本恢复到正常水平 . OBJECTIVETo observe the morphologic change of inside diameter of micrangium of venous skin flaps nurtured by venous blood.METHODS72 Chinese rabbits were divided randomly into 3 groups. In group A (54 cases), central artery, anterior and posterior marginal veins were cut, while the central vein and auditory nerve were kept. In group B (54 cases), central artery, auditory nerve, anterior and posterior marginal veins were cut, while central vein was kept. In group C (36 cases), as control group, anterior and posterior marginal veins were cut, while central vessel and auditory nerve were kept. The morphologic change of inside diameter of micrangium of venous skin flaps were observed in different phase by using optical microscopy, electron microscopy and transparence method of perfusion of Chinese ink.RESULTSInside diameter of micrangium in group A and B increased gradually with the time prolonged after operation. Group A and C were compared on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th day after operation and there had significant difference. There is also had significant difference between group B and C.CONCLUSIONThe inside diameter of micrangium of venous skin flaps nurtured by venous blood is basically recovered to the normal level at 28 days in rabbit.
