砂土地貌区近水平煤层重复采动条件下围岩应力演化特征

Evolution Characteristics of the Stress of Surrounding Rock Under the Repeated Mining Conditions of the Near Horizontal Coal Seam in Sandy Soil

摘要 运用FLAC^(3D),建立了陕北韩家湾煤矿砂土地貌近水平煤层开采沉陷数值模型,分析了多煤层重复开采条件下围岩移动变形与应力应变场演化特征,对覆岩体应力支撑拱形结构的演化机理进行了剖析,并采用三铰拱结构模型计算出在水平与垂向变动荷载条件下的合理拱轴线方程,利用Matlab解出拱顶均布荷载下的拱曲线形态,可为开采沉陷应力支撑层结构分析与高度计算提供一定的依据。研究表明,DP4屈服准则能较为准确地模拟砂土盖层的塑性流动特性,显示砂土盖层基本不能传递应力,可以传递几何形变但缓冲作用明显。 Using FLAC3 D establishing a numerical model for mining subsidence of coal seams in Hanjiawan coal mine in northern Shaanxi, analyzing the evolution characteristics of surrounding rock movement deformation and stress strain field under the condition of repeated mining, the evolution mechanism of overburden arch structure is deeply analyzed. A three-hinged arch structure model is used to calculate the rational arch axis equation in horizontal and vertical variable loads, and using Matlab to solve the arch shape under uniform load, the results can provide some basis for the analysis and high calculation of subsidence stress support layer. The calculation shows that DP4 yield criterion can accurately simulate the plastic flow characteristics of sand cover, the results show that the sand soil cover can hardly transfer stress, and it can transmit geometrical deformation but the cushioning effect is obvious.
