摘要
针对江西某贫硫低品位难处理金尾矿开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明:磨矿细度为-0.038 mm粒级占55.43%,采用Na2CO3作pH调整剂和分散剂、水玻璃作脉石抑制剂、硫酸铜作载金矿物活化剂、MA黄药和巯基苯骈噻唑(MBT)作组合捕收剂,经一粗一精二扫闭路浮选,可得到金品位19.87 g/t、回收率60.61%的金精矿。
Mineral processing experiments were conducted on sulfur-depleted low-grade refractory gold tailings from Jiangxi. Results indicate that a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,two stages of scavenging and one stage of cleaning,with the grinding fineness of- 0. 038 mm 55. 43%,Na2CO3 as pH regulator and dispersant,sodium silicate as depressant,copper sulfate as the activator of gold-bearing minerals,and a combination of MA xanthate and mercaptobenzothiazole( MBT) as gold collector,results in a gold concentrate with gold content of19. 87 g/t at a recovery of 60. 61%.
