Simulation research on meshing impact of chain drive based on ADAMS

摘要 针对链传动运行过程中存在的啮合冲击问题,建立了链传动冲击动力学模型,并对啮合冲击力进行计算;利用三维软件Solid Works建立了链传动系统的仿真模型,基于ADAMS对链传动啮合冲击效应进行了模拟,并对轮齿与链节啮合瞬间的冲击载荷变化规律及分布情况进行了分析。 In view of meshing impact during the operation of chain drive, the dynamic model of meshing impact of chain drive was set up and the meshing impact force was calculated. In addition, Solid Works was applied to build the simulation model of the chain drive system, and meshing impact effects of the chain drive was simulated based on ADAMS. And then, variation laws and distribution of impact load at the moment when the sprocket wheel and chain links meshed were analyzed.
