摘要
试验用大豆蛋白酶解物、面筋蛋白酶解物和酪蛋白酶解物作为刺激因子 ,在体外对经PHA诱导的 1 0日龄的 4头仔猪淋巴细胞进行培养。旨在观察这 3种蛋白酶解物对仔猪淋巴细胞的分裂增殖的影响 ,以便为研究其在体内是否对机体免疫功能有影响提供一定的依据。试验结果表明 :与对照组 (自体对照 )相比 ,尽管研究的 4头仔猪间个体差异比较明显 ,但总体趋势是 3种蛋白酶解物 ,均能不同程度地刺激经PHA诱导的 1 0日龄仔猪外周血淋巴细胞的转化 ,且大豆蛋白酶解物的促淋巴细胞转作用最强。大豆蛋白酶解物组的刺激指数比对照组分别提高了 2 0 96倍、 1 1 65倍、 0 74倍和 0 39倍 ;面筋蛋白酶解物组的刺激指数比对照组分别提高了 1 0 96倍、 8 85倍、 2 41倍和 0 63倍 ;酪蛋白酶解物组的刺激指数比对照组分别提高了 1 82倍、 1 96倍、 1 54倍和 0 73倍。
The effect of casein,gluten and soybean protein hydrolysate on the transformation of lymphocyte was investigated in 10 days' piglet by mixing 3H TdR method. The results showed that each of three hydrolysates could promote the transformation of lymphocyte induced by PHA although obvious individual diversity among the four piglets was observed. Soybean protein hydrolysate was most effective in stimulating transformation of lymphocyte. Compared with each of the control groups, the stimulation index of soybean protein hydrolysate group was increased by 20 96 times, 11 65 times, 0 74 times and 0 39 times. For the gluten hydrolysate group, it was 10 96 times, 8 85 time, 2 41 times and 0 63 times, and for the casein hydrolysate group, it was 1 82 time, 1 96 times, 1 54 times and 0 73 times, respectively.
