摘要
本文介绍了当前典型军工企业在涉外武器装备科研生产项目管理中出现的一些问题,分析了主要的原因。通过运用项目管理领域相关理论,结合涉外项目管理的经验,提出了对项目管理流程进行针对性优化,以'流程'为中心,从体制、机制、人员、业务等方面提出针对性建议,以此促进管理效率的提升。同时,凭借作者自身在军贸领域的经验,举例说明了涉外装备科研项目流程优化的核心、具体操作方式方法、遇到问题,以及遇到问题后的解决建议。
This paper emphasizes the typical issues of military trading project management for large scale state-owned company,and remarks a comprehensive analysis for the issues.The paper provides optimized solution according to project management theory.On the basis of strength procedure;it also proposes specific suggestions to management system,management mechanism,HR and business management etc.To further enhance the efficiency of project management.The writer takes her own experiences to explain the core of the procedure as well as specific method and problems that one may encounter.The solutions of the problems are also suggested.
