摘要
在小学教育阶段,学生的世界观、人生观、价值观等还未完全形成,仍然处于形成过程中,在这个时期对学生实施正确的引导对学生未来成长具有非常深远的意义。正确、恰当的引导能够促使学生健康成长,培养小学教育阶段学生形成正确、健康的"三观",对学生未来的工作学习具有非常重要的作用。因此,作为班级建设的指挥者,小学班主任应当充分发挥自身的作用,以科学有效的方式开展德育教育工作。本文首先简要分析了小学教育阶段德育教育工作的困境,然后探索了小学班主任德育教育工作优化开展的有效策略。
At the stage of primary school education, students 'world outlook, outlook on life and values have not yet been fully formed. They are still in the process of formation. The correct guidance to students in this period is of far-reaching significance to students' future growth. Correct and proper guidance can promote the healthy growth of students and cultivate the students of primary school education to form a correct and healthy 'three view', which plays a very important role in students' future work and study. Therefore, as the leader of class construction, primary school teachers should give full play to their own role, in a scientific and effective way to carry out moral education. This paper first analyzes the difficulties of moral education in the primary education stage, and then explores the effective tactics of optimizing the moral education of primary school teachers.
