摘要
志愿者服务是个人在不计报酬、不求名利、不为回报的情况下为改善社会服务、促进社会进步、回报社会所付出的服务,同时实现自我的升华、获得心灵上的慰藉。志愿者活动在世界上已经有100多年的历史,志愿者服务协会在国内也已成立多年,志愿者服务近年来已经成为一种国际潮流,并衍生出一系列的志愿者服务类型,本文根据近年来国内志愿者服务的发展状况,结合艺术院校的特点,为改善志愿者服务提出有针对性的建议。
Volunteer service is service of personal without remuneration, not for fame, not for the return of improved social services, promote social progress and social returns, while achieving self-sublimation, get spiritual comfort. Volunteer activi-ties in the world, has more than 100 years of history, volunteer associations in the country have also been established for many years, volunteer services in recent years has become an international trend, and derive a series of volunteer service type, ac-cording to recent article to the development of domestic volunteer services, combining the characteristics of art institutions, and put forward some suggestions to improve the volunteer service.
