摘要
随着时代的发展,高校思想政治教育工作面临更多挑战,全员育人成为高校思想政治教育工作的必然趋势。本文从当下全员育人工作的现实困境入手,探讨高校全员育人工作的路径对策,以营造良好的全员育人氛围。
With the development of the times,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing more challenges.It is an inevitable trend of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities to educate all staff.Starting from the current dilemma of the whole-staff education work,this paper explores the path and countermeasures of the whole-staff education work in colleges and universities,in order to create a good atmosphere for whole-staff education.
