摘要
宜春职业技术学院新能源汽车学院是江西省唯一一个以汽车专业为主的混合所有制公办二级学院。其汽车专业选择了人才需求量大、需求持续性好的3个专业方向,积极创新了校企合作的体制机制和人才培养模式,实现了政府、学校、行业、企业等多方联动、协同育人的新模式,将企业文化和行业技术的精髓植入课堂教学,学生通过'分层次、模块化、订单班'的学习,提高了学生就业水平。
Yichun Vocational and Technical College,School of New Energy Automobile is the only mixed ownership secondary school in Jiangxi Province.Its automobile specialty has chosen three major directions of high demand for talents and good sustainability of demand.It has actively innovated the system mechanism and personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation,realized the new mode of multi-party linkage and collaborative education among government,schools,industries and enterprises,and implanted the essence of enterprise culture and industry technology into classroom teaching,and it has improved students’employment level.
