摘要
文章分析了中学教育中存在问题的原因,并针对地方性高等师范教育和中学教育之间的脱节现象,提出培养"四有师资"的解决措施。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the problems existing in the secondary education. We find a solution of tra-ining"Four Haves"teachers in connection with the disjointed phenomenon of the local higher education and secondary education.
