摘要
大学校史研究关乎大学"从哪里来,到哪里去"的根本问题,需要得到可持续发展。目前,大学校史研究可持续发展遭遇外部保障条件欠缺及内部人员流动和深层动力不足等"瓶颈"问题。笔者认为,按照学科建设的思路,将大学校史研究归属于教育史学科,把校史研究机构定位为具有一定行政职能的教学科研机构,并为其提供稳定的经费支持,有计划、有步骤地汇聚和培养研究人才,凝炼研究方向、制定研究规划,开展校史教学,充分发挥校史研究"存史、资政、育人"的三大功能,将是解决大学校史研究可持续发展问题的可行途径。
University History Research related to the fundamental issues of 'Where It Comes, where it will go' and needs to be sustainable development. Currently, the school history research university suffered external security conditions for sustainable development and the lack of internal mobility and deep lack of motivation and other 'bottleneck' problem. I believe that, in accordance with the idea of discipline construction, the school history research university belongs to the history of education, research institutions positioning school history teaching and research institutions have certain administrative functions, and provide stable funding to support a planned, step by step to converge and training research personnel, concisely research, formulate research programs, to carry out school history teaching, give full play to school history research 'save history, politics, educating people' three functions, will be possible ways to solve in school history research university sustainable development issues.
