摘要
加强对青年教师的培养已经成为中医药高校的共识。通过对中医药高校青年教师培养内容和方式进行分析,发现存在的问题,提出改进中医药高校青年教师培养的建议:制定中医药高校青年教师培养的整体长远规划、丰富青年教师培养的内容和方式、加强对青年教师培养的动态监控、激发青年教师自身的积极性和主动性。
Strengthen the young teachers training has become the consensus of the University in Chinese Medicine. Through the analysis of the content and the way of training, finds out the problems, and puts forward some suggestions about impro-ving training:establish the overall and long-term planning, rich the training content and method, strengthen the dynamic monitoring on young teachers training , cultivate the young teachers' initiative and enthusiasm.
