摘要
应用毛细管气相色谱分析那格列奈中有机溶剂丙酮、二氯甲烷、吡啶的残留量。采用弹性石英毛细管柱 FFAP(5 0 m× 0 .2 2 mm,膜厚 0 .2 μm) ,FID检测器。日内及日间精密度均小于 3 .0 % ;3种溶剂平均回收率分别为10 1.1% (RSD=2 .5 % )、10 1.0 % (RSD=2 .8% )、98.8% (RSD=2 .1% ) ;检测限分别为 3 1、5 0、18ng。
A capillary GC method with FID detector for the determination of residual organic solvents acetone, dichlormethane and pyridine in nateglinide was presented. A FFAP capillary column was used. The RSD of intra and inter day was less than 3.0%. The average recoveries of the three solvents were 101.1%( RSD =2.5%),101.0%( RSD =2.8%) and 98.8%( RSD =2.1%), respectively. The detection limits were 31,50 and 18 ng,respectively.
