摘要
根据资本要素在经济发展中的作用方式,从经济增长资本贡献率、科技进步资本弹性、劳动就业资本弹性3个方面,分析了资本要素在区域经济发展中的作用与贡献.以河南17个市为例进行了实证分析,并对资本要素在不同时期的综合作用效果进行了评价,提出了有关政策建议.
Based on the various effecting ways of capital element in economic development, the role and contribution of capital element to the development of regional economy were systemically analyzed by means of the capital contribution rate to economy growth, the capital elasticity of scientific and technological advancement, and the capital elasticity of labor employment 17 cities in Henan Province were positively studied as an example The comprehensive effect of the capital element on economic development in different periods was evaluated Finally, several suggestions were put forward for desicionmaking
