摘要
根据功能设计的思想 ,采用自顶向下模式 ,给出一个并行协同环境下注塑模具装配设计系统的框架 ,对功能至产品演化过程中的数据模型进行了分析 .侧重于概念和结构设计阶段 ,提出了概念装配模型的层次化数据结构 ,并对其中的关键组成元素进行了分析 .利用知识推理技术辅助进行功能和意图向结构模板的映射 ,提高系统的智能性 .文中给出了一实际系统 IMTAS.
Based on the idea of function design, an architecture of the assembly design system for injection mould in concurrent and collaborative environment was presented using top down pattern. Concentrating on the conceptual and structural stage, a hierarchical data structure of the logical assembly model was presented, and the key components of it were analyzed. And knowledge reasoning technology was used to aid the mapping from function and intention to structure template. A practical system IMTAS was presented.
