摘要
随着我国经济的发展,物流的作用日益引起企业界的关注。本文在分析了企业物流的作用和制约因素之后,从五个方面分析了我国企业集团现行的分散物流模式的弊端,即物流规模相对较小,不能取得规模效益;库存成本太高;物流能力利用率低;无法实现柔性化的物流作业;供应、生产和销售物流分离,不能实现整体优化。在此基础上提出了企业集团组织一体化整合与信息整合的第三方物流改革目标模式。
With the development of Chinese economy,the function of logistics is gaining more and more attention in business circles.This paper begins with an analysis of functions and restraining factors of logistics performed by individual enterprises,and then points out shortcomings of the scattered logistic mode now followed by Chinese enterprises.Following it,the author advances a new mode-the third party logistics to overcome the shortcomings.
