摘要
本文通过对147例肿瘤患者血清磷酸萄葡糖变位酶(PGM)检测,结果显示肝癌患者血清PGM含量降低,并对肝癌患者PGM降低机理进行了探讨。同时指出,PGM的测定,对恶性肿瘤的诊断和筛选及疗效观察等都是一项有参考价值的酶学指标。
This paper reported the determination of serum phosphoglucomutase (PGM) of 147 cases of tumor patients. The results showed that serum PGM value of liver cancer patients was reduced, and approached the mechanism of PGM reduction of liver cancer patients. We believed that the detemination of PGM value is a enzymological parameter valuable for diagnosis and screening of maligtant tumors and eveluation of operative result.
