应用自由角度M型超声心动图检测左心室内径和收缩功能

ASSESSMENT OF LEFT VENTRICULAR DIMENSION AND SYSTOLIC FUNCTION USING FREE-ANGLE M-MODE ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

摘要 ①目的 探讨自由角度M型超声心动图在左心室 (左室 )内径和左室收缩功能检测中的应用价值。②方法 应用传统M型超声心动图和自由角度M型超声心动图两种技术方法 ,测量了 35名健康人的左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径 ,并计算左室射血分数。③结果 传统M型超声心动图和自由角度M型超声心动图测量的左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径及左室射血分数存在良好的相关性 (r =0 .97、0 .98、0 .95 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。④结论自由角度M型超声心动图对左室径线和功能的检测具有和传统M型超声心动图同样的准确性 ,当传统M型超声心动图取样线放置不适当时 ,自由角度M型超声心动图是更为准确和方便的测量方法。 Objective\ To investigate the clinical value of free angle M mode echocardiography in assessing left ventricular dimension and systolic function.\ Methods\ The left ventricular dimensions and ejection fraction were measured by both conventional and free angle M mode echocardiography in 35 normal subjects. \ Results\ Measurements obtained by conventional and free angle M mode echocardiography were strongly correlated. Correlation coefficients for left ventricular end diastolic dimension, end systolic dimension and ejection fraction were 0.97, 0.98, and 0.95, respectively ( P <0.001). \ Conclusion\ Free angle M mode echocardiography can assess left ventricular dimension and systolic function as accurately as conventional M mode echocardiography. It is more accurate and convenient when the M mode cursor direction is improperly placed in conventional echocardiography.
