摘要 对人体血糖无创伤检测技术及其进展进行了综述,介绍了有关的基础研究结果.从简单到复杂的模拟样品实验结果表明,近红外吸收光谱无创伤血糖测量方法具有可行性.同时文中讨论了人体血糖测量时测量波段与测量方式的选择、测量部位的选择等一些基础问题,并提出了血糖无创伤测量进一步研究的关键是,将成熟的软硬件技术结合人体特性,综合考虑测量方法,解决人体测量的特殊问题. Advancement in the field of noninvasive blood glucose measurement is briefly introduced in this paper. The concerned fundamental experiment results of our research group are revealed. The experiments with increasing sample complexity prove the feasibility of noninvasive blood glucose measurement by nearinfrared spectroscopy. In addition, the fundamental problems,such as the selection of measuring wave band, measuring manner and location,in human blood glucose measurement are discussed.The key in the future research is to combine the mature software and hardware technique with human characteristics and consider the measuring method allaround to resolve the unique problem in the measurement.
