摘要
目的 :总结重度输尿管梗阻的原因及手术体会。方法 :对 2 6例重度输尿管梗阻病例进行了回顾和分析。结果 :根据不同的梗阻特点 ,采取了不同的手术方法 ,全部病例取得了良好疗效。结论 :重度输尿管梗阻的原因是多方面的 ,根据梗阻性质和部位。
Objecive:To present the etiology and experience with severe ureteral obstruction. Methods:26 cases were retrospectively analysed.Results:Methods of operation are selected depending on the different features of obstruction. All the cases gained good treatment effect.Conclusion:Severe ureteral obstruction is due to many factors. Selecting the operative methods is the key to good treatment effect by the charactor and site of obstruction and exploration during operation.
