摘要
利用球盘式摩擦试验机 ,针对 15 0SN油润滑下的GCr15 /ZCuAl10Fe3摩擦副 ,研究了不同极性的外加直流电压对其摩擦系数和磨损状态的影响 ;并结合磨痕的能谱分析 ,探讨了外加电压对其摩擦磨损性能的作用机理。
On the friction and wear tester,the influence of external DC voltages with different polarities on friction and wear behavior was studied for GCr15/ZCuAl10Fe3 friction pair lubricated by 150SN oil.Combined with the spectrum analysis of wear scars ,the acting mechanism of applied voltage on the tribological characteristics was also investigated.
