摘要
基于工程项目及其广义生命周期,研究建筑业产业发展模式。从产业比例关系上,提出行业细分市场(项目类型市场)、区域市场的适度垄断和适度保护模式,以实现建筑业均衡发展。从产业增长方式上,提出建立以工程项目现场技术革新为依托的建筑业技术创新模式,以利于技术创新成果转化为现实生产力,实现质的增长;提出创造在役工程服务市场,实现量的增长。
Based on project and its generalized life cycle,the paper researches the development mode of China construction industry. From the industrial proportional relationship,puts forward these modes including the industry market(in project types)segments,moderate monopoly and appropriate protection of the regional markets to realize the balanced development of construction industry. From the industrial growth patterns,puts forward technological innovation pattern for construction industry based on site technological innovation on one hand,to help technical achievements transform into productivity to achieve qualitative growth. On the other hand,creates service market of the existing project to achieve quantitative growth.
