摘要
以建筑业农民工工资水平为研究对象,基于现行劳动法规及职工工作制度,对农民工实际工资进行了月工作天数、日工作小时、"五险一金"等方面的修正,得出了农民工实际工资对应的法定工作制度下的标准工资,并将该标准工资与典型地区最低工资标准及2013年应届大学毕业生企业就业岗位工资进行了对比分析。分析表明,现阶段我国建筑业农民工工资应该还有合理的提升空间。
Based on labor law and work rule in China,analyzes and translates building industry migrant worker actual salary into standard salary by work days per month,work hours per day,worker's social welfare etc. Then,compares the standard salary with the lowest salary of different region in China and the salary of new under-graduated students worked in various companies. Some conclusion shows that,farmer-laborers standard salary should be increased in the future.
