摘要
房地产经营与估价是一个非常年轻的高等教育专科专业,为我国房地产行业培养大量房地产经营与估价专业人才。对房地产经营与估价专科教育发展历程进行回顾,发现该专业在职业标准研究、人才培养定位、行业标准对接、专业教师学术水平与行业实践能力、学校重视程度等方面存在着不足,并着眼该专业的未来发展,提出正确判断发展环境、研究出台职业标准、人才培养定位精准化、政行企校深度融合、提高专业教师科研与实践能力、校内外实训基地建设等相应对策。
Professional real estate management and valuation is a very young higher education specialist, training a large number of real estate management and valuation professionals for China's real estate industry. From the perspective of culture management and valuation of real estate professionals, to review the development course of college education management and valuation of real estate, There are 6 aspects of the major problems in talents occupation standard research, training location, industry standards, professional teachers' academic level and industry practice, School of attention, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the development environment, study the introduction of occupation standard, training location precision, and administration of school and enterprise depth fusion, improve the teachers' scientific research and practical ability, internal and external training base construction in 6 aspects.
