摘要
本研究旨在提出环境经济学评价模型,为建设项目的实施提供有效的决策信息。基于此目标,评价模型的设计思路综合了建设项目中的环境负荷评估和环境价值评估,并采用经济科学中的条件价值评估法(CVM)估算了建设项目中污染物的环境成本。实证研究验证了该模型在实际施工项目中的适用性,为可持续发展理念下的项目建设需同时满足环境方面和经济方面的规划和管理提供了一个科学合理的方法支撑。
This paper aims to put forward environmental economics evaluation model to provide effective decisionmaking information for the implementation of construction projects. Based on this goal, the design ideas of the load comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and assess the environmental value of construction projects in the environment, and to estimate the cost of the construction project environmental contaminants in the use of economic sciences valuation method(CVM). Empirical research to verify the applicability of the model in the actual construction project, under the concept of sustainable projects while meeting the needs of the environment and economic planning and management provides a scientific and rational approach to support.
