基于全寿命周期成本的超高层建筑结构经济性研究 被引量:13

摘要 介绍全寿命周期及全寿命周期成本的含义、成本分析及分析过程、经济效益及分析方法。对高层建筑工程实例进行简要分析,通过对比3种不同结构方案的振型周期表和位移比最大值发现,虽然3种方案的各项设计参数均满足规范要求,但考虑到抗震性能要求和型钢用量、标准层钢筋用量等全寿命建设成本要求,最后决定采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构作为最终设计方案。 This paper introduces the whole life cycle and the meaning of the whole life cycle cost and economic benefits, cost analysis, and analysis process and analysis method, a high-rise building engineering example has carried on the brief analysis, by comparing the three different structure scheme than the maximum displacement of vibration mode of the periodic table and found that although all design parameters of the three kinds of scheme can satisfy the requirements of specification, but considering the seismic performance requirements and dosage of steel consumption, standard layer reinforced whole life construction costs, such as requirements, finally decided to adopt steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure as the final design plan.
