摘要
静载试验方案和测试方法则直接影响着试验结果的可靠性、准确性和试验效率。以青岛轨道交通先张法预制U形梁的静载试验为例,制订和优化静载试验方案,通过比选确定合理的静载试验方案与测试方法。然后对先张法预制U形梁进行静载试验,测试U形梁在试验荷载下刚度、应力和裂缝等力学特征,并对试验结果加以分析,评价其力学性能,为今后先张法预制U形梁推广使用提供一定技术支撑。
The schemes and testing methods of static load test can directly affect the reliability,accuracy and efficiency of test results. In this paper, taken pre-tensioned pre-casted U shaped beam in Qingdao rail transport as an example, some schemes of static load test was formulated and optimized,and a reasonable scheme and testing methods was selected by comparison. Then static load tests were carried out for pre-tensioned pre-casted U-beam, and rigidity, stresses and crack width were tested. Lastly,the test experimental results were analyzed,and the mechanical properties of U-beam were assessment. A certain technical support will be provided for the use of pre-tensioned pre-casted U-beam in the future.
