摘要
目前对截面面积超限的钢管混凝土巨型柱尚没有一致的技术要求指导厚型防火涂料的喷涂。采用ANSYS和ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立采用厚型涂料保护的钢管混凝土巨型柱截面数值传热模型。通过对比不同软件的模拟结果,验证了数值模型的合理性,并进行了参数分析。结果表明:通过变防火涂料保护层厚度分析,建议将此类巨型柱的保护层厚度按满足防火构造措施进行规定;喷涂适宜厚度的涂料控制钢板表面温度,且注意角部位置涂料保护层厚度的选择及喷涂质量;建议结合可能的火灾场景选择巨型柱的防火涂料保护面。
By far,there is no consensus technical requirements for the thick-coated CFST mega-columns. A finite element model on the cross section with thick coated fire retardant coatings was built using ANSYS and ABAQUS. The reasonability of FE model,effect of thickness of coatings and possible surfaces of column exposed to fire on temperature profile of cross section were analyzed. It is suggested that the thickness of fire retardant coatings should be required in the code to be part of the detailing requirements of fire protection for those mega-columns. The requirements should consider that the thickness of coatings should keep the temperature on the surface of steel plate within a reasonable level; the thickness and good qualities of coatings on the corners of column should be guaranteed and one or more surfaces of mega-columns should be selected to be sprayed with coatings based on possible fire scenarios.
