办公建筑方案设计阶段窗口设计研究 被引量:3

RESEARCH ON WINDOW DESIGNS IN SCHEME DESIGN STAGES OF OFFICE BUILDINGS

摘要 方案设计阶段的设计决策对建筑性能有重要影响,窗口设计是方案设计阶段重要的一部分,大量的研究表明,合理布置建筑窗口有利于控制建筑的能耗。本文通过建立理想化的模拟小室,利用DesignBuilder分析西安地区办公空间的不同窗墙面积比和窗口朝向对建筑负荷的影响。研究对象的窗墙面积比范围在0~0.9,窗口朝向是以30°为步幅,设置了12个窗口朝向,在不同窗墙面积比和窗口朝向的组合变化下,全年累计总负荷与无窗时相比增加了5.48%~157.33%。通过对模拟结果的拟合分析,提出建筑总负荷与窗墙面积比、窗口朝向之间的数学关系式,简化建筑冷热负荷模拟计算方式,为办公建筑立面设计提供快速的设计模拟理论依据。 The design decision-making in scheme design stages plays an important role in the building performances,with the window designs as a significant part.A large number of studies demonstrate that the reasonable layout of windows in buildings is conducive to controlling the energy consumption of such buildings.By creating idealized simulation chambers,the paper uses DesignBuilder to analyze the impacts that various window-to-wall area ratio and window orientations of office spaces have on the building loads in Xi’an.For the research objects,the window-to-wall area ratio ranges from 0 to 0.9,and 12 window orientations set have a stride length of 30 degrees.Under different combination of window-to-wall area ratio and window orientations,the total cumulative loads in the whole year increase by 5.48%-157.33% than those without windows.Through the fitting analysis of simulation results,the paper proposes the mathematical relationships among total building loads,window-to-wall area ratio and window orientations,which simplifies the calculation approaches to the simulation of cold and heat loads in buildings.It aims to provide a theoretical basis in a fast way for the design simulation of office building facades.
