摘要
受国家生育政策与社会人口老龄化的影响,我国对住宅套型设计提出了全新的要求。本文以家庭人口构成与住宅套型设计之间的可拓变化规律为切入点,提出适应家庭人口变化需求的住宅套型设计理念。并在此基础上,对住户居住现状进行网络问卷调查,运用可拓数据挖掘方法,结合居民满意度信息,揭示家庭人口构成变化与住宅套型需求规则,进而指导住宅套型优化设计,为今后的相关设计提供客观、可借鉴的思路与方法。
Under the influence of the policy and the aging of the society, it puts forward a new requirement for the design of residential building. Based on the classification and coupling characteristics of family population composition and residential building design, this paper proposes a set design concept which ADAPTS to the changing needs of family population. And on this basis, the network questionnaire investigation about the present situation of residents living, using the extension classification data mining methods, combined with the resident assessment information, family population change and the model law of demand, and according to the law of extracted to, guide the optimization design model. It provides an objective and useful method for the future residential building design.
