摘要
儿童频复发肾病是指经强的松的标准疗程治疗有效,但频繁复发指半年内复发2次或1年内复发3次——频复发型、激素依赖型可视为频复发型肾病中最严重的一类的原发性肾病综合征。目的:探讨提高儿童频复发性肾病疗效的中西医结合方法,更好地指导临床治疗,降低复发率,缩短病程。方法:总结频复发性肾病的临床、病理特点及病理因素,结合现代研究及临床体会对其进行分析。结果:发现频复发的主要原因:①没有正确把握激素与平调阳阴的尺度。③没有注重调和脾胃、调肝护肝。③没有标本兼顾。结论:平调阴阳、调和脾胃、调肝护肝、标本兼顾是提高疗效的总体思路。
Objective To discuss the way of integrated TCM - WM therapy for raising effectiveness of Frequent Relapses Nephrotic Syndrome. Methods: We observed the clinical and pathological features and factor of Frequent Relapses Nephroctic Syndrome. Results①Principal of integrated Hormone - YinYang is violated. ②There was a lack to arouse the spleen,the liver and the stomach. ③Benxv and Biaoshi should be synchro - therapy. Conclusions:As previously suggested, these obseravations seem to indicate that integrated Hormone- Yin Yang, BenxvBiaoshi synchro - therapy, long - term, favorable effectiveness changes in Frequent Relapses Nephrotic Syndrome.
