摘要
采用UG NX对电机转子壳体进行三维建模,利用Moldflow软件的MPI(Moldflow Plastic Insight)模块对其注塑成型过程进行分析模拟,包括充填、保压、翘曲等,获得了最佳浇口位置、流动时间、压力和温度分布的准确信息。直观地预测出产品在注塑过程中可能产生的缺陷,并通过分析缺陷产生的原因和影响因素,结合实际工程经验,改进结构并优化了注塑工艺参数。利用该软件可以节约大量的人力物力,减少资源的浪费,降低产品成本,缩短产品的开发周期,快速响应市场需求,提高企业的创新能力和竞争力。
Adopting UG NX to conduct 3D modeling for the shell of motor rotor, using MPI(Moldflow Plastic Insight) module flow software proceed simulation analyzing, including filling, pressure maintain, bow and twisting, etc.. Gain the accurat information of the best gate location, flow time, pressure and distribution of temperature. Directly forecast the defect of the production generating in the process of injection molding possibly. Through analyzing the causes and consequences of the defect, combing the practical engineering experience, improve the structure and optimize the plastic injection molding process parameter. By using this software can save a good deal of manpower and material resources, reduce the waste of resource, lower the cost of production, shorten the development period of production, quickly response the demands of market, improve the innovation ability and competitiveness of the enterprise.
