摘要
为了探究核电厂运行老化乙丙橡胶(EPR)电缆的绝缘老化特性及机理,对核电厂退运中压乙丙橡胶电缆进行了微观结构和介电性能测试。结果表明:退运乙丙橡胶电缆绝缘径向存在非均匀老化现象,内外侧绝缘中均存在大量微孔。与外侧绝缘相比,内侧绝缘中微孔分布更加密集,含氧基团的红外特征吸收峰强度更大,电导率与介电常数也较大。根据红外相对吸收比R_n可以辅助判断电缆的非均匀老化程度。
In order to explore the ageing characteristics and ageing mechanism of service-aged ethylene propylene rubber(EPR)cables for nuclear power plant,the retired medium voltage EPR cable of nuclear power plant was conducted microstructure and dielectric properties tests.The results show that there is an inhomogeneous ageing phenomenon in the radial direction of retired EPR cable insulation and there are a large number of micropores in the cable insulation.Compared with the outer insulation,the micropores distributed in inner insulation are more intensive,the infrared characteristic absorption peak intensity of oxygen-containing groups is greater,and both the conductivity and dielectric constant are larger.The inhomogeneous ageing degree of cables can be judged by the infrared relative absorption ratio R_n.
