Ⅰ. PROBLEMS AND RESULTS In the previous paper we developed the DEPS （the Differential Equation Program System） and took Bautin’s type as an example to calculate the expressions of V’j s. In [1] we get 2 terms for V3, 17 terms for V5 and 74 terms for V7. Under the condition V3=O, V5 is reduced to 5 with only 5 terms. Under conditions V3=V5 =0, V7 is reduced to 7 with only 9 terms.
