摘要
介绍了河北新启元能源技术开发股份有限公司120kt/a丁烷异构化装置的工艺原理、装置特点、工艺流程、开工前的准备工作、运行过程中遇到的一些问题和应对措施。丁烷异构化装置经过2年的运转,日趋平稳,达到了设计要求,取得了良好的经济效益。
This paper introduced the process principle,characteristics,process flow,preparation work,problems and countermeasures of 120 kt/a butane isomerization device of Hebei Xinqiyuan Enery-technolgy Developing Company Ltd.,.After 2 years of operation,the butane isomerization device had gradually stabilized,reached the design requirements,and achieved good economic benefits.
