摘要
本文介绍了纳米微球制备方法中常见的相分离法、喷雾干燥法和乳化交联法。同时,简单介绍了纳米微球在药物载体领域的应用,并对其广阔前景进行了展望。
Nanomicrospheres which used as drug carriers have been paid more and more attention in these years. In this paper, the preparation methods of nanomicrospheres, such as the phase separation methods, spay drying methods and emulsion crosslinking methods, are reviewed in details.Meanwhile the applications of nanomicrospheres in drug carriers fields are described, and the research perspectives were also prospected.
