摘要
研究了不同固溶处理工艺对CN617耐热合金组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,CN617合金在1125~1200℃温度范围内固溶处理时,晶粒正常长大,平均晶粒尺寸从31μm增长到206μm;超过1175℃固溶时,富铬和钼碳化物基本回溶。在1175℃固溶保温不同时间后,平均晶粒尺寸与硬度很好地符合Hall-Petch关系式。
Influence of solution treatment on microstructure and hardness of heat-resistant alloy CN617 were investigated. The results show that by increasing the solution temperature from 1125 ℃ to 1200 ℃,the average grain size increases normally from 31 μm to 206 μm. The Cr-riched and Mo-riched carbides mainly dissolve above 1175 ℃. Solutioned at 1175 ℃ for different times,CN617 alloy has good Hall-Petch relationship between average grain diameter and hardness.
