摘要
针对同煤集团挖金湾虎龙沟煤业有限公司生产中矿用绞车盘形制动器液压系统出现的问题,分析了盘形制动器的结构及工作原理,以及JTP绞车盘形制动器在使用和维护中存在的问题,从液压油管、液压缸密封和液压油三个方面给出了设计改造措施,实践应用效果良好。
In view of the problems existing in the hydraulic system of the disc brake of mining winch in the production of Dongjinwan Hulonggou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the structure and working principle of the disc brake are analyzed.The problems existing in the operation and maintenance of JTP winch disc brake are put forward,and the design and transformation measures are given from three aspects:hydraulic tubing,hydraulic cylinder seal and hydraulic oil,and the practical application effect is good.
