脑缺血性损伤所造成的海马结构内锥体细胞的形态变化 被引量:4

ISCHEMIC EFFECT ON PYRAMIDAL CELLS IN HIPPOCAMPUS OF GERBILS: A MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION

摘要 本文以沙士鼠作为实验对象,藉双侧颈动脉结扎,脑血流暂时阻断,解除结扎恢复血循环后,分成不同存活期的组,观察了海马结构中锥体细胞的形态变化。锥体细胞层的厚度,由于水肿明显增加,后又趋向恢复,但是CA_1区内的厚度急剧下降,90天后全部消失。神经元也相应失落。锥体细胞在缺血早期细胞质染色变淡,组织疏松,以后缺血性反应增加,染色质溶解,核向周边移位,在缺血晚期线粒体肿大嵴紊乱呈空泡,内质网腔扩大,细胞器毁坏,突触变性,CA_1区的缺血性病灶比其他区出现缓慢,但损害严重。 The gerbils were subjected to 15-30 min of transient cerebral ischemia by means of bilateral carotid arterys occlusion and perfusion fixed 3 hrs 4、7、30、90 days later respectively. The pyramidal cells in hippocampus had been studied using both light and electron microscope. The thickness of the pyramidal layer at CA 1 region in hippocampus was decreased much faster than other regions and almost all of the neu(?)ons were disappeared after 90 days. Other prominent morphological changes such as dilatations of endoplasmic reticulum.mitochondria swelling, synaptic degeneration, and ischemic cell change (central chromatolysis and peripheral displacement of neural nucleus) were observed.
