摘要
物理学家认为 :在一个密闭的容器中 ,大的输入或大的输出必然引起振荡。中国加入WTO后 ,整个国家将经受到来自发达国家经济、文化、制度、技术等诸多方面的冲击 ,特别是在金融领域 ,由于国外金融机构的介入和巨额国外资本输入 ,振荡将成为必然。如何控制这类振荡的幅度和强度 ,国有商业银行必须进行公司化的治理 。
The physicists argue that great input and output must cause fluctuations in a closed container. After China's entry of WTO, the whole nation will face shocks on economy, culture, system and technology from developed countries. Especially in the field of finance, with the intervening of foreign financial institutions and great increase of foreign capital input, concussions are inevitable. How to control the extent and strength of these concussions? State-owned commercial banks should carry out commercialized governance, so as to satisfy the demand of self-defense of state-owned banks and that of international competition.
