摘要
资产负债管理是在当今国际银行业占据主流地位的科学管理方法。本文从简要介绍现代商业银行资产负债管理的内涵、目标和管理技术入手 ,紧密结合我国商业银行的经营管理现状 ,深入分析了加速建立我国商业银行现代化资产负债管理体系的必要性和紧迫性 。
Assets/Liability management is the currently prevailing methodology of global banking industry. This article gives us a precise introduction of connotation, target and basic techniques of Assets/Liability management. Based on a good knowledge of current management in Chinese banking industry this article discloses the necessity to build up a modern Assets/Liability management system in Chinese commercial banks, and offers us the constructive solution to promote our Assets/Liability management.
