摘要
近年来,我国农民合作社的数量增加快速,但广大农民对合作社的认可程度并不够高。为探索问题的解决之道,以韩国安城麻舞农协为例,阐述该农协的创立背景和发展历程,并从采购、粮食加工、畜牧产品加工、便利农产品加工与项目创新模式5个方面对其经营绩效进行分析,进而总结在管理体系、业务形式、合作模式与品牌建设等方面的成功经验。最后,借鉴麻舞农协的成功经验针对我国农民合作社的建设提出构建健全的组织结构体系、鼓励合作社之间的合并重组、促进合作社项目形式多样化以及推进跨产业业务融合等建议与启示。
In recent years,although the number of farmers' professional cooperatives is growing fast in China,they are not widely accepted by farmers. To solve the problem,the article,taking Korean Anseongmachum agricultural cooperatives Federation as an example,explains its background,process and achievements in economic development in the field of purchase,grain processing,livestock product processing,convenient processing of agricultural products and innovation model,and analyzes the reasons for its success from the aspects of management system,operation performance,cooperation model and brand construction.In the last part,some suggestions and strategies are proposed on how to structure sound organization system,encourage the merge and reshuffle of cooperatives,promote the diversity of the programs of cooperative,and enhance the integration among agriculture,industry and service.
