摘要
本文对当前高校青年教师师德现状进行了深入分析,发现许多青年教师存在思想政治弱化、职业素养不足、功力现象严重等问题,而造成这些问题的主要影响因素,来自于个人主观因素、社会环境因素、文化形态因素以及体制建设等,并基于此,通过健全师德综合教育体系、构建良好师德环境、强化师德实践建设等有效路径,对高校青年教师师德建设展开了深入研究,旨在全面提高高校青年教师的师德,促进高校教育事业的进一步发展。
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the present situation of the teachers’ morality of young teachers in Colleges and universities, and finds that many young teachers have some problems, such as ideological and political weakening, lack of professional accomplishment, and serious power phenomenon, and so on, the main factors that cause these problems come from individual subjective factors, social environment factors, cultural form factors and system construction, based on this, through the improvement of the comprehensive education system of teachers and morality, the construction of a good teacher ethics environment, and the strengthening of the practice and construction of teachers and morality, we have carried out an in-depth study on the construction of the teachers’ morality of young teachers in Colleges and universities, the aim is to improve the morality of young teachers in Colleges and universities and promote the further development of higher education.
