基于ANSYS的绿篱修剪机刀具结构拓扑优化

摘要 利用ANSYS软件中的拓扑优化模块对圆锯片进行分析,并以此为指导在圆锯片基体上开减振孔,在保证圆锯片整体最大刚度的前提下对圆锯片结构进行优化;结合基于ANSYS的模态分析结果,验证了拓扑优化技术在圆锯片结构优化设计中应用的可行性,为圆锯片结构优化提供一种新的方法。 The use of ANSYS software in the topology optimization module of the circular saw blade is analyzed, and under the guidance of damping hole in the saw blade, the saw blade overall maximum stiffness under the premise of optimizing the structure of saw blade; combined with the results of ANSYS analysis based on model, verified the feasibility of design based on topology optimization of circular saw the application of optimization of structure, provides a new method for optimizing the structure of circular saw blades.
