摘要
未成年人犯罪人数逐年增多,危害日益严重,使其成为当今中国乃至全世界关注的焦点。未成年人犯罪行为的发生是在主客观因素相互作用下导致的,既有其主观生理、心理方面的原因,也与家庭、学校教育和社会道德文化现状有着密切的联系,本文着重从以上几个方面进行分析,并提出预防未成年人犯罪理性思考。
The number of minor crime increased year by year, serious harm, make it become the focus of attention in today's China and the world. The occurrence of juvenile crime is under the interaction between subjective and objective factors, both subjective physiological and psychological reasons, also with family, school education and the status quo of the social moral culture has the close relation, this article mainly carries on the analysis from the above aspects, and puts forward prevention minor crime rational thinking.
