东部白松异砧芽接技术试验

摘要 以东部白松为接穗、红松为砧木进行异砧芽接试验,结果表明:嫁接后1个月接芽开始伸长,秋季嫁接成活率平均为92.1%,接合部以上高生长量平均为12.3 cm。与髓心形成层贴接相比较,芽接繁殖材料采集量可提高3倍以上,砧木创伤长度缩小60%以上,绑扎材料用量节省30%以上,绑扎效率提高50%以上,平均嫁接速度提高20%,操作过程更为方便。 The heteroplastic bud grafting experiment was carried by taking Pinus strobes and Pinus koraiensis as cion and stock. The result showed that the budder began to elongate after grafting for 1 month. The average survival rate of grafting was 92. 1 % in autumn. The average height increment above adjoiner was 12. 3 cm. Compared with pith cambium grafting,budding breed material collection can increase by more than 3 times,the trauma length of stock decrease by more than60 %,the strap material utilization amount saved more than 30 %,the strap efficiency increased by more than 50 %,the average grafting speed increased by more than 20 %,the operation process was more convenient.
