摘要
笔者重点探讨在高校学生管理工作中,鼓励积极实行学生参与管理的新型有效的学校管理模式,一方面科学有效的放权和培养学生的主体参与意识,积极鼓励和支持学生参与学校管理,充分拓展学生的自我管理和民主管理的空间;另一方面积极构建学生管理中教师与学生之间互助理解、和谐管理的坚实基础,坚持"以学生为本"的管理理念,努力使得我校的学生管理工作得到学生的积极支持和理解配合,进一步提升高校学生管理工作的实效性。
The author discusses the student management work in universities,encourage the students to participate in the management of the new positive effective mode of school management.On the one hand,scientific and effective decentralization and cultivate the students' main body participation,actively encourage and support the students involved in school management,fully develop the students' self-management and democratic management of the space;On the other hand actively build mutual understanding between teachers and students in student management,the solid foundation of harmonious management,adhere to the 'with the students for this' the management idea,to make the positive of the students in our colleges and universities student management work to get support and understanding,further enhance the effectiveness of the college student management work.
