摘要
校本培训是促进中小学教师专业发展的最佳途径。本文从校本培训的定义、特点及当前天台中小学校本培训的现状出发,对校本培训有效性的提高提出了一些可行性建议。
The school-based training is the best way to promote the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools. Some feasible suggestions are proposed in this article to improve the effectiveness of school-based training, based on the definition and characteristics of school-based training,and the present situation of school-based training in primary and secondary school Tiantai County.
